Yeah, It's so easy for those retired generals to criticize the ex-boss. If they are so concerned about how things are going, why didn't they just stay and fight. I thought old soldiers just faded away (and they should). I may not agree with what's going on with the war, but as an ex-soldier I'm appalled at what other ex-soldiers are doing. Let's support our troops even if we don't support the war!

You can blog whatever you want about Jill Carroll. I think the bottom line is she was trying to survive. Whether or not she has Stockholm Syndrome or was otherwise brainwashed can be decided later. Let her recover from her ordeal and then she can say what's really on her mind. Everyone just needs to shut up and sit down! What we need to do is thank God that she's coming home.
On another note, it's not the President that needs to be censured, it's a certain member of Congress from Georgia.

I haven't researched the actor, but why worry whether or not he's gay? There's a bunch of idiots in Congress and they get reelected.
Some thoughts-People who disobey traffice rules lack courtesy, I heard of someone taking a lunch tray away from a kid because his card ran out of money that day, that's a lack of compassion. Cindy Sheehan got arrested-for wearing an anti-war shirt?, that's a lack of common sense. Along with that, we have lack of imagination coming from the Feds regarding 9/11 (supposedly), and Hollywood, with their stupid remakes and sequels. There is obviously a lot lacking in this country.

What was with the face that Hillary made at the SOU, looks to me like she dissed Bush.
Cindy Sheehan got arrested for free speech, then the charges got dropped, and they apologized? I just think Bush didn't want her there.
I don't believe that politicians act in our best interests, they only act on their own. Somebody tell me how people like Ted Kennedy have stayed in office so long, and isn't it time for Robert Byrd to retire? Is he trying to be Strom Thurmond?

I did this to tick off the ultra-conservatives, the Michele Malkins, Lashawn Barbers ( although I have a lot of repect for her and read her often, just don't always agree with her). and Ann Coulters out there. God DID give us free will and that's why bad things are done to good people, that's why politicians lie, that's why movies like "Brokeback Mountain" get made. One day, all people (including me) will be called to give an account of themselves to God.What else is on my mind right now? "The Book of Daniel" was a good show, it shows that no one, including priests and their families, are perfect.Did the government screw up when it came to New Orleans and the rest of the affected areas of Katrina and Rita? Absolutely, it could have done a lot better, but we need to quit pointing fingers and come up with solutions.Should the government be spying on its citizens? I don't know, but if it prevents something from happening I'm all for it. Most of the time, if you've done nothing wrong, you've got nothing to worry about.Why is it you have to have a license to have a dog but not to have a kid?
